We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and convenient for every guest.
Please review the following terms before confirming your Hotel Room or Studio Room booking. By completing your reservation, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms outlined below.
Cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in to receive a full refund. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Bookings cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Payment gateway or bank processing charges may be deducted.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, no-shows, or once the guest has checked in.
Hourly Studio Room reservations may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the booking time for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.
Guests may request a booking date modification at least 24 hours before check-in, subject to room availability and any applicable rate difference.
If Moonrise Studio is unable to honour a confirmed reservation due to maintenance, technical issues, natural disasters, or government restrictions, guests will receive either a full refund or an alternative accommodation, subject to availability.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Bookings terminated due to violations of property rules, illegal activities, property damage, or failure to provide valid government identification are not eligible for refunds.
